BAEMZA
"BAEMZA" is a midterm exhibition by industrial design students at HIT. The exhibition is structured so that the students are responsible for its creation, participating in every stage from initial planning, location, curation, construction, setup and everything that this entails. I led the graphics department with a team of two, and we were responsible for all exhibition graphics, including typography, color schemes, visibility, signage, social networks, stickers, and many more.
The concept was chosen as the exhibition name, symbolizing a midpoint of a process. We aimed to highlight the journey of an industrial designer, capturing moments from initial ideas and fresh perspectives to raw sketches and models. This in between stage, the process itself holds the most intriguing elements, and that’s exactly what we wanted to convey through the exhibition's graphic design.
Besides the design development process, the additional challenge was to maintain a cohesive visual language across every platform—from official posters and social media content to exhibition displays, response texts, explanatory labels for each object, signage, and stickers.
